Welcome to Blessed Sacrament Church. We are a Roman Catholic Church located in the village of Eastwood at 3127 James Street, Syracuse, NY. It is here where we meet as faith community to worship and celebrate our faith in Jesus Christ. We strive as a parish community to be a loving, vibrant Catholic Community of faith, dedicated to the growth of God’s Kingdom and the living Gospel.
