Sponsoring the altar flowers at Blessed Sacrament is a beautiful way to honor loved ones or in thanksgiving for life’s blessings. To make a donation for Christmas flowers, complete the form below (please print clearly) and return to the rectory via the collection basket, regular mail, or deliver to the rectory (place in envelope and mark 'Christmas Flowers’ with $10 donation) by December 19. Checks may be made payable to Blessed Sacrament Altar and Rosary (note Christmas Flowers if using a check).
