This weekend, August 13-14, the Syracuse Diocese will participate in the National Religious Retirement Collection, held annually to assist both men's and women's religious communities to care for their retired and elderly members, who have given so much of their lives to the people of God as teachers, nurses, pastoral ministers, and multiple other ministries. Perhaps you have fond memories of a priest, brother or sister who touched your life. I ask your generosity in giving what you can to the Religious Retirement Collection. Your generosity enables us to care for our wisdom women and men in their final years.
